1. About these terms
These terms are between you and Agha Juice (AGHA JUICE PTY LTD, ABN 40 600 770 401). By placing a pre-order you agree to them.
2. Pre-orders
We sell fresh Pakistani mangoes (currently Chaunsa) by the box on a pre-order basis during the season. Stock depends on air-freight batches arriving from Pakistan, so quantities, varieties and timing may change. Placing a pre-order reserves boxes for you at no charge; you pay for them in store when you collect.
3. Prices & payment
- Prices are shown at the time of order and are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Pre-orders are free to place. There is nothing to pay online. You pay for your boxes in store when you collect them, by cash or card at the counter. We never ask for, see, or store your card or bank details.
- We email you as soon as you place your order. We then contact you again to confirm your pickup store and when your mangoes are ready. Because nothing is paid up front, you can cancel any time before you collect. Please tell us if you do, so we can offer the boxes to someone else.
- Delivery is available on request. We arrange it by phone. Delivery costs extra on top of the box price, and we tell you the amount before we deliver.
4. Pickup & collection
You collect your order from an Agha Juice store in Melbourne. The store you choose when you order is your preferred store. We confirm the final pickup store with you by email or phone before your mangoes are ready. Please bring your order code when you collect. Collection is on the day we tell you, so please come in on that day.
5. Cancellations & refunds
You pay nothing until you collect, so you can cancel your pre-order at any time before then. Just let us know. Once you have paid for and collected your boxes, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, because the mangoes are fresh produce. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your mangoes are faulty or not of acceptable quality, contact us and we will make it right.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and (if applicable) delivery details.
- Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
- Collect your order within the window we communicate.
7. Intellectual property
The Agha Juice name, logo, and website content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, and our liability is otherwise limited as permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
