1. About these terms
These terms are between you and Agha Juice (AGHA JUICE PTY LTD, ABN 40 600 770 401). By placing a pre-order, registering interest, or registering for the festival, you agree to them.
2. Pre-orders
We sell fresh Pakistani mangoes (currently Chaunsa) by the box on a pre-order basis during the season. Stock depends on air-freight batches arriving from Pakistan, so quantities, varieties and timing may change. Placing a pre-order is a request to reserve boxes; your order is confirmed once we verify your payment.
3. Prices & payment (PayID)
- Prices are shown at the time of order and are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Pay-now cities (currently Melbourne, Sydney and Perth) pay by PayID. You transfer the amount yourself from your own banking app using the PayID and your order reference. We never ask for, see, or store your card or bank details.
- Your order is treated as confirmed once we manually verify the payment against your order reference, after which we email you.
4. Pickup & collection
Orders are fulfilled from warehouse pickup points in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. The exact pickup point and collection time in your area are confirmed by email once your batch is ready. Please bring your order reference to collect. Home delivery may be offered depending on order volume and is confirmed separately where available.
5. Register interest (other states)
Outside the pay-now cities, you can register interest and pledge how many boxes you’d like. No payment is taken at registration. Once a state reaches its goal, we email registrants to confirm and arrange payment. Registering interest is not a binding order and places you under no obligation until you choose to pay.
6. Mango Festival & box reservations
You can register free for the Mango Festival and optionally reserve boxes. Reserved festival boxes are paid in advance and collected on Festival day at the Agha Juice kiosk. The lucky draw is governed by our Event Draw Policy.
7. Cancellations & refunds
As these are seasonal, made-to-order pre-orders, all sales are final— we don’t offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where produce is faulty or not of acceptable quality, contact us and we’ll make it right.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and (if applicable) delivery details.
- Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
- Collect your order within the window we communicate.
9. Intellectual property
The Agha Juice name, logo, and website content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, and our liability is otherwise limited as permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
