Event Draw Policy
The event
The lucky draw takes place at the Pakistani Mango & Multicultural Food Festival on Saturday, 18 July 2026, 11 am – 8 pm, at Sandown Racecourse, Melbourne. It is a single, in-person event.
Eligibility — you must be present to win
You must be physically present at the festival to participate in the draw and to claim any prize. Registering online (including from Sydney, Perth or anywhere else) is welcome and keeps you in the loop, but it does not guarantee a prize and does not enter you into the live draw unless you are at the event on the day.
- Open to festival attendees who have a valid lucky-draw code.
- One entry per person. We de-duplicate by email and mobile number, so the same person cannot hold multiple codes.
- Entrants under 18 may take part with a parent or guardian, whose consent is required; any prize won by a minor is collected by their parent or guardian.
- Our team and anyone involved in running the draw are not eligible to win.
How to enter
Register free on our website to receive your unique lucky-draw code, or reserve/pre-order boxes and you’re entered automatically. Keep your code — you’ll need to show it at the event.
How the draw runs
- Winners are selected at random by lucky-draw code, live at the festival on the day.
- There are several prize types (for example mango boxes, pistachio shakes, kulfi and more) in limited quantities. Prizes are allocated at random.
- We keep drawing until all available prizes for the day have been awarded.
Presence & redraws
When a code is drawn, the holder must be present and claim within the short window we announce. If a drawn code is not claimed in person in time, that prize returns to the pool and we redraw for someone who is present — repeating until the prizes are gone. This is how we make sure prizes go to people at the event.
Claiming your prize
Show your lucky-draw code at the Agha Juice kiosk to collect your prize. Prizes are as described, are not transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
Winners’ information
We may contact winners by email using the details from their registration, and winning codes or names may be announced at the event. We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes & cancellation
We may amend, pause or cancel the draw where reasonably necessary (for example, for weather, safety or supply reasons). We’ll act reasonably and, where practical, communicate any changes.
